4)SUPPORT FOR ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD ACHIEVERS (I.E. CHILDREN WHO ARE SCHOOL-TOPPERS OR RANK HOLDERS AND DO NOT HAVE FINANCIAL STRENGTH TO PURSUE PLUS TWO/GRADUATION)
